Welcome to Briefly 1.31, also known as our Exmoor Release.

Briefly 1.31 sees the arrival of a smarter, more conversational brief builder flow and a new home for your Business Intelligence.

Here's what we shipped...

A little less conversation, a lot more action

Chat with Briefly about your next brief, then let us handle your first draft

This was easily the most requested feature of the last couple of months. As soon as you saw the Brand Canvas builder (our chatbot-style interface), you asked whether it could be used to help create briefs.

We’re still not sure about the chat interface, but we think this is a step in the right direction - asking smarter questions, reducing duplication, and overall feeling like you can breeze through some quick Qs to your first draft.

We’ll be working to make this flow faster, richer and even smarter over the coming weeks.

Intelligence has a new home

Access everything Briefly knows about your brand from your dashboard

A key focus this summer has been making your Business Intelligence more accessible.

This update allows you to see what Briefly is drawing from when it helps you draft a brief. More importantly, it also makes managing and updating that knowledge base easier. And fresher business intelligence means smarter drafts.

Next up: Multi-canvas support (your last 300 emails have been received loud and clear, we’re working on it)

Everything else

🧐 Preview added to brief template picker

✏️ Canvas blocks are fully customisable (including title and description)

📦 Redesigned canvas blocks to be cleaner and simpler
